Q. |
Where can I find more information about other events in Salt Lake City not listed on your site? (For example, the Farmer's Market, First Night, Twilight Concert Series, Lunch Bunch Concerts, Utah Arts Festival, etc.) |
| A. | There are many organizations that host events downtown, making Salt Lake City a great place to live, work and hangout. The City itself doesn't sponsor or run all events, but it encourages everyone to enjoy our city and all its activities. Good resources for information on other events include the Downtown Alliance and the Convention and Visitors Bureau. If you still can't find an event you are looking for, try our Contacts Page. |
Q. |
How can my company be a vendor or sponsor at any of your events? |
| A. | If it is a Salt Lake City Corporation event contact Tyler Curtis or Cynthia Stone. If the event is organized through another entity, please contact that organization to find out about vending opportunities. |
Q. |
What qualifies an event to be listed as a "City Event?" |
| A. | Events listed on this site are either organized by Salt Lake City Corporation, as part of the Community Events Department (Friday Night Flicks, Fourth of July Celebration), the Mayor's Office (SLC International Jazz Festival, Salt Lake City Gets Fit Together) or are events where Salt Lake City Corporation has formed a partnership with the organizers, and the City has become a sponsor of the event (SLC Marathon, Bike Bonanza). |
Q. |
How can I volunteer for your events? |
| A. | If you are interested in volunteering for Salt Lake City Corporation events please call Cynthia at 535-6167. |
If you have any questions not related to Salt Lake City Corporation (for example St. Patrick's Day Parade, Ferragosta) please contact the specific organization, or go to our link page to find out more information.
